Although there are  a range of SIP log cabin kit buildings for you to choose from, both for the garden and residential, the buildings are made to order and you can therefore use the bespoke design service. Although there are standard models of the Snug, a one bedroom annexe, and the Bothy, a 2 bedroom garden annexe, they are designed as standard and so you simply have to let us know the design and layout you need.

Self-build kits

Any of the buildings, including your own design, can come as self build annex or garden room. Simply ask for the option when you contact us.

Our teams are extremely flexible in what can be achieved for you. SIP 'log cabin' kits (these use SIP Panels, not logs!)  are supplied optionally as a complete build, a partial build for construction within two hours of our main factory / head office, or as a kit only self-build flat pack SIP log cabin kit throughout the UK, subject to delivery being worked out. There is even an option of a 'wooden granny annex' that uses SIP construction with wooden cladding if you prefer the more rustic feel to the outside of the annex. So, whether you're looking for a small garden summer house room, office or annex, or a large residential 3 bedroom garden annexe, call to get your dream garden building under way.

Within an hour of our head office, our teams are also able to add the annexes as extension options. Trade only options are also available if you have local builders or your own team looking at an annexe building in a garden or as an extension.

The SIP log cabin style annexe kits are made in the UK, reducing transport and therefore environmental impact, and delivered in an economical way and as such provide not only a sound and easy method of construction but also a very economic one.
