At our factory, we cut and assemble the SIP panels, forming the annex structure.

Spaces for windows and doors are pre-prepared, and the entire unit is clearly marked for straightforward reassembly on-site.

Delivery and Assembly:

Your annex is delivered to the site and reassembled on a prepared base.

Windows, doors, and weatherproofing are added to ensure the structure is secure and weather-tight.

Interior Finishing:

The internal face of the SIPs can be lined with plasterboard on site by our team where construction is part of the package or by your team for self assembly units. Once plastered, this is ready for decoration.

Plumbing and electrics are added for functionality, again, either by our team if full construction is available and ordered, or by your team if you choose to do this yourself.

Exterior Cladding:

Choose from natural wood or our preferred low-maintenance cladding for a polished, modern finish. Cladding is supplied separately for on-site fitting to suit your preferences.

Roofing material is supplied with the kit, unless specified otherwise. A thick rubberised material provides a durable, inexpensive way to waterproof the roof, which will last for many years.

For projects further afield, two team members can deliver your annex, stay overnight, and assist for a day with starting the initial build phase. This gives you a professional start and peace of mind.

Supply and Erect: Local projects can take as little as 1–2 days for the shell for very small builds, and the finishing can take a number of weeks for larger buildings or where weather causes issues. When you let us know your requirements, a team member will be able to tell you a more accurate time estimate.

Assisted Build: Our team will help kick-start your project with a one-day on-site build. The time taken beyond that, depends on the size of the construction, weather and how many people you have working on the site. Please note, you'll need two people for handling and assembling some panel pieces.
