SIP garden and extension annexes can be supplied as you need them:

• Full build SIP Annex / building - complete SIP construction, internal insulation, external cladding, electrics, water, drainage etc..
• Partial build SIP building - Ideal for those with budget contraints who want to save money by doing some of the work themselves. SIP panels are erected to weather proof. Cladding and other material supplied for finishing. This option may or may not include base, depending upon requirements.
• Complete SIP kit only - all you need for the build of the shell, including insulation and cladding, roofing, etc. - ideal for self-builders with experience and knowhow.
• Partial kit - supply of anywhere from SIP only, pre cut to plan, to the complete SIP kit - ideal for self-builders with experience and knowhow
