Constructed with 60 mm walls that can be increased to 90mm, and can be made with the thermal qualities to allow all year round living with double glazed windows and doors. Please note the price list shows the base model. An annex needs a double skin to allow it to meet building regulations, so contact us for the price of your annexe.

Second Hand Granny Annexes

Looking for a second hand granny annexe?  All our annexes are new build, however, our self-build options give you everything you need to build the shell - or we offer an option to build the shell for you if you prefer -  and then continue to finish as you can. These are so inexpensive, they offer a great alternative to other second hand granny annexe options you may find. They provide the benefit of being new and designed to your requirements, rather than second hand.

Second hand annexes have the expense of being disassembled or moved from their current site and then lifted or rebuilt at their new site. In addition, a second hand granny annexe will almost certainly need remedial repairs or refreshing externally or internally to make it as you want it, whereas a kit only option means you get the benefit of a cheap starting point and the finish you need at a price that's affordable.
