Holiday log cabin in Wales, for special Welsh holidays

When on holidays in Wales you need a good base...
...so how about a log cabin for a change?

Locate log cabin holidays in:

Lake District

Wales
Luxury holiday cabins

Why do we always think about taking our holidays abroad these days? OK, the weather is one very good reason, but if you don't particularly want to be frizzled by the sun on a Spanish beach then there are some fairly heavy arguements against doing just that.

For one reason or another flying can be a pain what with volcanic eruptions closing down airports, flight delays even on good days, the Euro € being nearly equal to the £ pound and making holidays in Europe very expensive when you get there etc etc., but there are places other than overseas which you may not have explored or enjoyed to the full Wales.

Now this little country has so much to offer nearly any sort of holidaymaker, and you don't need a passport or to change money to get there! Scenery in Wales is comparable to anywhere in Europe and better than most countries can offer. There are green spaces, there are streams, there are rivers, there are mountains and lakes, there is climbing and cycling, walking and mountaineering, in fact Wales just about has it all.

To make your holidays complete though, you need somewhere nice to stay, and these days a great many people are turning from a camping holiday to staying in a log cabin - a luxury log cabin at that with insulation and proper beds, all mod cons in the kitchen and a comfy lounge area. This is the sort of self catering accommodation which makes holidays in Wales something special to remember.

----

Farm Holidays Wales: Our popular log cabin lies in its own secluded garden in the Carmarthenshire countryside and is surrounded by mature trees.
It is a three-bedroom property which sleeps six, with two double bedrooms, one of them with en-suite facilities. The third bedroom has bunk beds, suitable for children, and there is a separate bathroom. Bed linen and towels are provided.

Except for November Trawsfynydd holiday village is open all year, and our self catering log cabins offer cottage style holiday accommodation that can be hired for a week’s holidays or short break. The 2-bedroomed log cabins sleep between 4-6 people and 3-bedroomed cabins sleep 6-8. Each cabin has a double bedroom and 2 bedded bunkrooms, a lounge, bathroom with shower or bath and a fully equipped kitchen.

--------------

Bryn Bettws Log Cabins: Ours are quality 1 bedroom log cabins which sleep 2-5 people. Each cabin has 2 single beds in the bedroom and a double and single futon in the spacious lounge, one cabin is suitable for the less able. There is a well equipped kitchenette, shower/w.c. and a large decked patio area with scenic views. An individual lock up for equipment, e.g. bicycles is attached to each cabin. This is an ideal countryside location for all outdoor activities such as mountain biking, walking, Horse riding, etc. and also a perfect base for touring holidays in South Wales.

Snowdonia Adventures: The scene is a mountainside in Bronaber Snowdonia, close to the Coed y Brenin MtB trails. On offer is a selection of privately owned authentic Norwegian log cabins, most with views over the surrounding mountains. This self-catering accommodation provides the ideal base for family holidays, groups and individuals to enjoy and explore all that the area has to offer.
