Laminated log is cut to a rectangular
shape. The classical rectangular shape is suited for traditional and
modern log buildings alike. The structure that these shapes give is
clear cut and timeless.
In laminated logs, there is less stretching and contracting of
the logs. In addition, the logs can be made thicker, due to the
gluing. Because of this, a number of logs can be placed together
to produce greater thickness than can usually be achieved from standard
tree trunks
Because of the thickenss of the 'King-size laminated structures',
these make stately log buildings where there is no need for extra
wall insulation, even in Arctic conditions.
The laminated logs are rectangular and produce an evenly thick,
breathing wall structure that is both functional and dependable.
